What's it about? We would like to create some raised beds for the children to learn about how plants grow. They will take care of the plants and harvest and eat the vegetables that they grow.

Ford Enhancement Project
Where? St. Albans
When? 12 April 2008
What's it about? Dig and clear ground ready for planting digitalis on land that was turned back from a once neglected area, adjacent to St Michael's Bridge in 2001.

Wild in the Hedge
Where? St. Albans
When? 2/5/08
What's it about? We have already restored a 60m stretch of an ancient hedge line (C.1660) in our park. We want to under plant it with native wild flowers i.e. Foxgloves, primroses, bluebells. We have a further 240 metres to complete! This project has the full support of our council, St. Albans City Council & Countryside Management Services. We are helped by St. Albans School Conservation team.
