Compost Action Day

What's it about? Compost promotion event, linking in with national compost week. Volunteers will be encouraged to take part in practical composting activity, including rotating existing compost heaps, sieving and creating new heaps from waste materials. There will also be a range of composting information and education material for participants to take away as well as compost competitions.

What a Rotter - Composting

What's it about? The Monkey Sanctuary Trust composts all its monkey food and bedding waste to reduce its landfill. Once a month volunteers are asked to turn and dig out our compost system.
