Squatting Worms

What's it about? The children are designing and building a wormery as part of a recycling campaign and we will be using kitchen scraps and other items to make a home and the compost to fil lour flower pots when it is ready.

Chestnuts Sensory Phoenix
Where? Wokingham
When? June 8th 2008
What's it about? We will create a new sensory garden area for our pre-school children. Since the school building was rebuilt the previous garden is unsuitable for children. Parent volunteers will be coming to create new planting areas and a water feature as well as sensory areas. There will be a vegetable area also. We will build plant containers, remove the old shed, and do some planting with the children.
