Bird & Butterfly Boxes Out Of Recycled Materials
8 Burrough, Lutterworth, 5th May 2010
On the 5th May 2010 volunteers (adults) will cut wood and future board to make the shell/skeleton of the bird boxes. Part of the day will be spent collecting card and waste products from local Morrisons stores, staff will be invited to the day and posters will be put in the canteen to encourage potential volunteers. On the 6th June 2010 the bird and butterfly boxes will be decorated by the students of Rushey Meads School and hung in their garden to encourage insect biodiversity within the renovated school garden.
